Air India acts solely as: (a) a brand licensor; (b) a marketing partner; and (c) a loyalty partner in relation to the issuance of Maharaja Club Points to eligible Maharaja Club members. Air India is not the owner, operator or merchant of record of Maharaja Shop and is not responsible for any transaction undertaken on Maharaja Shop or any service provided through Maharaja Shop. Air India is not a party to the contract between Vernost and the customer in relation to any purchase made on Maharaja Shop.
Air India and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses or liabilities arising from or relating to:
(a) any purchase or transaction undertaken on Maharaja Shop;
(b) any product or service made available on Maharaja Shop;
(c) any delay, defect, non-delivery or deficiency in goods or services;
(d) any warranty claims;
(e) refunds, returns, cancellations or chargebacks; or
(f) any act or omission of Vernost or any vendor, seller or service provider on Maharaja Shop.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, customers expressly release Air India and its affiliates from any claims, disputes, liabilities, losses, damages or causes of action arising out of or relating to any transaction undertaken through Maharaja Shop.
All inquiries, complaints, claims, refund requests, return requests and customer support requests relating to Maharaja Shop shall be directed solely to Vernost and/or the customer support channels designated by Vernost from time to time.
Air India shall not be responsible for handling customer grievances, product complaints, refund requests, delivery-related issues or any other matters relating to products or services offered on Maharaja Shop.
All payments made through Maharaja Shop are collected by Vernost. Air India does not collect, process, settle or receive payments in relation to transactions undertaken on Maharaja Shop.
Air India shall not be responsible for processing refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations or chargebacks. Any such requests shall be handled solely by Vernost in accordance with the applicable policies published on Maharaja Shop.
Any warranty, guarantee, service commitment, after-sales support or other product-related obligation shall be provided solely by the relevant seller and/or Vernost. Air India does not provide any warranty or guarantee in respect of any product or service available on Maharaja Shop.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air India makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding any product, service, seller, merchant, content or offer available through Maharaja Shop, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, quality, suitability or non-infringement.
These Terms and Conditions are in addition to and not in derogation of the Maharaja Club Terms and Conditions available at Maharaja Club Terms and Conditions - Air India Official Page. By undertaking any transaction on Maharaja Shop, customers agree to be bound by the Maharaja Club Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
Issuance of Maharaja Club Points in connection with transactions undertaken on Maharaja Shop shall be subject to the Maharaja Club Terms and Conditions and any additional eligibility criteria communicated by Air India from time to time.
Air India reserves the right to reverse, cancel, debit, adjust or claw back Maharaja Club Points credited in relation to any transaction that is subsequently cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible for reward accrual.
Any dispute relating solely to the accrual, issuance, adjustment, cancellation or reversal of Maharaja Club Points shall be governed by the Maharaja Club Terms and Conditions and shall be determined by Air India in accordance with those Terms and Conditions.
The use of Air India's trademarks, logos, branding, trade names or loyalty programme references on Maharaja Shop does not imply that Air India is the seller, supplier, merchant of record, warrantor or service provider for any products or services offered on Maharaja Shop.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise, agency or fiduciary relationship between Air India and Vernost. Vernost operates Maharaja Shop independently and on its own account.
The Page changes document also identifies updates to the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy, including naming Vernost as an independent Data Fiduciary, identifying Maharaja Club ID as a data field, explaining sharing of Maharaja Club ID with Air India for crediting points, and checking that the service is available only to people within India.
